We float!
The phrase above is the theme of Clifden Arts Festival 2023, which will go on from 14th to 24th September. I'm proud and happy to announce that my work "Hoist our Red Sails!" has been selected for the exhibition.
The work will be on display at E.J. King, Market Square, Clifden - I think the resilient Galway Hooker is a perfect example of floating on the difficulties we all endured in the last few years.
Like a Phoenix, this iconic vessel has risen from her ashes. It now proudly sails in rough waters, the living symbol of a legacy spanning across centuries, bridging the lives, the experiences and the dreams of the old and the young generations.

"Life's journey, rough seas,
yet we hoist our red sails,
like a seagull through gales."
